b) state part 6 in the following edition:

"6. Distribution by credit institution or microfinancial organization of advertizing of the services connected with loan granting or loan, use of them and loan repayment or loan with violation of the requirements specified regarding 3rd article 28 of the Federal Law of March 13, 2006 to No. 38-FZ "About advertizing" -
