1. 3. Suspension, renewal or the termination of enforcement proceeding is made by the Arbitration Court which issued writ of execution or Arbitration Court in the location of the judicial police officer-contractor including conducting enforcement proceeding, the decision on which excitement is made by Federal Bailiff Service in the automatic mode.
4. The statement for suspension, renewal or the termination of enforcement proceeding is considered in ten-day time from the date of receipt of such petition according to the procedure, stipulated in Article 324 of this Code.
