Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 4, Art. 251; 2010, No. 23, Art. 2788; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4292; No. 48, Art. 6728; No. 50, Art. 7343; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3971; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4198, 4299; 2018, No. 1, Art. 89; 2019, No. 14, Art. 1458; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5052; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5287; 2023, No. 31, Art. 5796) following changes:

The subitem 8 of Item 1 of Article 13 to state 1) in the following edition:

"8) sale of the state-owned or municipal property at minimum admissible price;";

2) in Article 15:

a) to state the subitem 13 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"13) procedure for determination of winners (in case of holding the auction, specialized auction, tender), or buyers (when carrying out sale of the state-owned or municipal property at minimum admissible price), or persons having the right of acquisition of the state-owned or municipal property (when carrying out its sale by means of public offer);";

b) to add the subitem 6 of Item 11 with words ", person recognized as the single participant of sale of the state-owned or municipal property at minimum admissible price in the case established by the paragraph the second item 4 of article 24 of this Federal Law";

3) in Article 24:

a) state the name in the following edition:
