Bring in article 1 of the Federal Law of October 7, 2022 No. 377-FZ "About features of obligation fulfillment according to credit agreements (loan agreements) by persons which are called up for military service on mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, persons participating in special military operation and also members of their families and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 41, Art. 6939; No. 43, Art. 7269; No. 47, Art. 8108; 2023, No. 18, Art. 3237; No. 31, Art. 5774; 2024, No. 1, Art. 20, 44) following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of part 1 of the word "and concluded" ", or person (including the individual entrepreneur) sent for service to troops of national guard of the Russian Federation on positions on which assignment of special ranks of police, on the mobilization which concluded is provided";
To add 2) with parts 18.1 and 18.2 of the following content:
"18.1. According to credit agreements, except for credit agreements according to which obligations are provided with mortgage, concluded with the military personnel and also with persons specified in parts 6 of article 8 of this Federal Law (except for members of their families) added according to part 18 of this Article percent to payment are not subject and upon termination of grace period of the obligation on payment of such percent stop.
