Changes which are made to the Procedure and conditions of appointment and payment of public welfare payments to the citizens having children, the Ministries of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation approved by the Order of September 29, 2020 No. 668n

1. In Item 42:

a) add the subitem "a" with the words "or come to work from this leave before achievement of one and a half years by the child of age according to Item 46 of this Procedure";

b) add the subitem "b" with the words "or returned on service from this vacation before achievement of one and a half years by the child of age according to Item 46 of this Procedure";
