1. In the Chart of accounts of financial accounting in licensed banks of the Republic of Moldova approved at meeting of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 15/1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 33-34, the Art. 54, with subsequent changes registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on November 17, 2010 at No. 784, to make the following changes:

1) In the name and in all text of the word "licensed banks" in any case to replace with the word "banks" in the corresponding case.

2) In Chapter II "The nomenclature of business accounts":

a) in account group of 1060 "The means placed overnight" after account 1063 to add with the account 1064 following of content: "1064 the Contra account of the Discount for expected losses from impairment of the means placed overnight";

b) in account group of 1330 "The loans overnight granted to banks" after account 1332 to add with the account 1334 following of content: "1334 the Contra account of the Discount for expected losses from impairment of the credits overnight, to the provided banks";

c) in account group of 1790 "The transit and suspended accounts" after account 1797 to add with the account 1799 following contents: "1799 Transactions performed through system of instant payments";
