In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2018 No. 634 "About maintaining lists of persons for benefit of which money transfers, including electronic money, at the request of physical person when carrying out lotteries, when carrying out gamblings, and adoption by the Federal Tax Service of the motivated decision on inclusion of the Russian legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and also foreign persons in such lists" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, are prohibited No. 24, by Art. 3524; 2021, No. 41, Art. 6970):
