About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2023 No. 726

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2023 No. 726 "About establishment of additional decreasing coefficients to base rate of the rent" the following changes:
in Item 1:
the paragraph one to add with words "(further – additional decreasing coefficients)";
in subitem 1.1:
third to add the paragraph with figure "1";
the fourth after words of "realization of book products" to add the paragraph with words ", for the term of 19 November of 2028 inclusive";
the fifth to add the paragraph with words ", for the term of 19 November of 2028 inclusive";
add subitem 1.3 with words ", for the term of 19 November of 2028 inclusive";
add the resolution with Item 11 of the following content:
"11. Determine the term of use of additional decreasing coefficients:
the non-profit organizations specified in Item 1 of this resolution – it is termless;
the commercial organizations specified in Item 1 of this resolution – for 5 years from the date of provision of the right to use of additional decreasing coefficients by it.
In case of reorganization of the organizations specified in Item 1 of this resolution, additional decreasing coefficients are not applied to their legal successors.
