About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2015 No. 431

Based on subitem 12.5 of Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2022 "About state body in the field of digital development and questions of informatization" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 136

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for functioning of single system state scientific and state scientific and technical examinations, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2015 No. 431, the following changes:

part the second Item 1 to add with words ", procedure for implementation of actions in the field of digital development, not included in scientific and technical programs and state programs of scientific research";

in part four of Item 5 of figure "8.11" to replace with figures "8.10";

in Item 8:

state subitem 8.3 in the following edition:

"8.3. projects of tasks of interstate, state, regional and industry scientific and technical programs, actions for scientific providing state programs;";

to exclude from the subitem 8.6 of figure "8.11,";

exclude subitem 8.11;

to add subitem 8.13 after words of "state programs" with words "(except for the state program in the field of digital development)";

in Item 9:

to exclude from the subitem 9.7 of figure "8.11,";

in subitem 9.8:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"9.8. for specifications on the actions included in lists of GSNTI and also for the actions in the field of digital development realized within scientific and technical programs and state programs of scientific research:";

to exclude the word "informatizations" from the paragraph of third;
