About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 1753/22

1. Of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of December 29, 2006 to state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for issue, the address and bond redemption emitted by banks to No. 1753/22, in the following edition:
"the debtor is acknowledged insolvent or the bankrupt according to the procedure, established by the legislation on insolvency settlement;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
