1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2014 No. 351 "About approval of Rules of ensuring industrial safety for hazardous production facilities of coal mines" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10255) the following changes:
in Rules of ensuring industrial safety for hazardous production facilities of the coal mines approved by the specified order:
the paragraph one of Item 49 to state in the following edition:
"The carried-out excavations timely fasten and contain all useful life in the condition conforming to requirements of appendix 1 to these rules. The actual cross section of developments shall provide possibility of the omission on them potrebny expenses of air without violation of requirements of appendix 6 to these rules.";
state Item 92-1 in the following edition:
"92-1. When conducting works on the unprotected vybrosoopasny layers I of category and especially vybrosoopasny layers, application of regional methods of prevention of the sudden emissions of coal and gas intended for advance processing of coal array ahead of the clearing and preparatory faces providing safe operation is obligatory.";
to state paragraph two of Item 130 in the following edition:
"The developments intended for coal transportation (mountain weight) between the extraction site and the okolostvolny yard or surface in case of inclined trunks belong to the main transport developments.".
2. To provide to committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
