About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2014 No. 902
Based on Item 7 of article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014 No. 125-Z "About physical culture and sport", Item 20 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 9, 2019 "About national and national teams" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 329
1. Bring in the Regulations on carrying out in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of sporting events approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2014 No. 902, the following changes:
add Item 71 with part of the following content:
"To the participants of official sporting events who are athletes of national and national teams of the Republic of Belarus on sports, athletes - pupils of the specialized educational sports facilities financed from republican or local budgets, medical, and also recovery providing by means of physiotherapeutic procedures, hydrotherapeutic procedures, medical physical culture and massage in departments of recovery treatment of the specialized educational sports facilities financed from the republican budget based on which these sporting events are held is provided without payment for holding official sporting events.";
to state the paragraph of the seventh of Item 76 in the following edition:
"the services connected with medical, recovery and (or) scientific and methodical support of athletes.".
