1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011 "Questions of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 15 with subitems 37-2), 37-3) and 37-4) of the following content:

"37-2) approval of conditions of implementation of the separate types of activity of Export credit agency of Kazakhstan developed and approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity;

37-3) approval of rules of forming of risk management system and internal control, and also forming of reserves and carrying out by them the actuarial calculations for Export credit agency of Kazakhstan developed and approved by authorized body in the field of regulation of trading activity;

37-4) approval of rules of carrying out monitoring of the obligation guaranteed by the state on support of export and financial condition of Export credit agency of Kazakhstan which has the state warranty on support of export, determined by the central authorized body by budget implementation;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
