About some questions of production and delivery to the domestic market of import-substituting consumer goods
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed list of the import-substituting consumer goods which are subject to development in 2007 by industrial bodies and amounts of their delivery to the domestic market.
2. Provide to the Ministry of Economics control of development by the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom of the import-substituting projects included in annually approved list according to the procedure, determined by the State program of import substitution for 2006-2010 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2006 No. 402 "About the State program of import substitution for 2006-2010" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 53, 5/22081), and lists of industry and regional import substitution programs, and also the course of their realization.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Trade, the Belarusian republican union of consumer societies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom complex of actions for promotion in the domestic market of the goods of national production made within the priority directions of import substitution listed in the list attached to this resolution.
4. To the Ministry of Architecture, the Industry ministry, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the Belarusian state concern of the food industry Belgospishcheprom, the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry, the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry, the Belarusian state concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry if necessary to make changes to industry development programs of production and import substitution for 2007.
