These rules establish procedure for cancellation of licenses for production and turnover of tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products and raw materials for their production (further - licenses) according to the decision of the federal body on control and supervision specified in Item 9 of part 1 of article 2 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products, Tobacco Products, Nikotinsoderzhashchy Products and Raw Materials for Their Production" (further - federal body on control and supervision), and extend to the relations which participants are the legal entities or individual entrepreneurs having licenses for implementation of the following types of activity (further - the licensee):
