The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the method of calculation of rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from oil, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 276 "About calculation of rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 13, Art. 1577; 2022, No. 52, Art. 9649; 2023, No. 8, Art. 1323; No. 27, Art. 5008; No. 41, Art. 7349; No. 47, Art. 8431).
2. To provide to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation within 5 working days from the date of entry into force of this resolution transfer to the Federal Customs Service of the list of the organizations with indication of the identification taxpayer numbers which directed to conversion and (or) processed in 2022 at least 400 thousand tons of broad fraction of light hydrocarbons, and the list of the organizations with indication of the identification taxpayer numbers which directed to conversion and (or) processed 2022 at least 200 million cubic meters of associated petroleum gas.
3. Recognize invalid paragraphs of the sixth and seventh of the subitem "an" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2023 No. 1920 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 47, the Art. 8431).
4. This resolution becomes effective after 7 days after day of its official publication.
