Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of system of the state material reserve approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 17, 2016 No. 1053 "About approval of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of system of the state material reserve and form of the material safety data sheet of these objects (territories)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 43, Art. 6031; 2017, No. 28, Art. 4150; No. 48, Art. 7220; 2019, No. 49, Art. 7109).

Changes which are made to requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of system of the state material reserve

1. In the subitem "b" of Item 2 the word "obligatory" to exclude.

2. In Item 10:

a) in the subitem "v" of the word of "executive bodies of the subject" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of the subject";

b) add with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) the commander of military unit of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or the official authorized by him if as a part of object (territory) there are important state objects, particular loads, constructions on communications which are subject to protection by troops of national guard of the Russian Federation.".

3. In Item 14:

a) in the subitem "a":
