Item 13 Corrected provisions of the documents directed or provided according to parts 1, 3 - 10, 12 - 13.3, 15 - 15.4 of article 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate" in the federal executive body (its territorial authorities) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2015 No. 1532 "About approval of Rules of provision of the documents directed or provided according to parts 1, 3 - 10, 12 - 13. 3, 15 - 15.4 articles 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate" in the federal executive body (its territorial authorities) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register" (Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, Art. 405), to state in the following edition:
"13. In case of transfer of premises to the non-residential premise, the non-residential premise to premises the local government body sends to body of registration of the rights the document reproducing the data containing in the decision on transfer of premises to the non-residential premise, the non-residential premise to premises including cadastral number and purpose of the room concerning which transfer, or the document reproducing the data containing in the act of inspection confirming completion of reorganization and (or) other works, the requirement about which carrying out contains in the document provided by part 5 of article 23 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation, is made (if such transfer required carrying out according to reorganization and (or) other works concerning the room).".
