About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the voluntary forming created in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the voluntary forming created in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation.

2. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the main managers of means of the federal budget.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the voluntary forming created in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation

1. Item 1 (3) orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 1994 No. 1093 "About procedure for expense recovery, connected with delivery of health care, sanatorium treatment and rest of the military personnel and citizens discharged from military service, sanatorium treatment of members of their families, passing by the military personnel of medical examinations, medical examinations, by medico-psychological recovery of the military personnel, and also delivery of health care to the citizens staying in the voluntary forming promoting accomplishment of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during mobilization, during action of warlike situation in wartime in case of armed conflicts, when carrying out counter-terrorist operations, and also when using the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 23, Art. 2570; No. 10, the Art. 1675) to add 2023, with the offer of the following content: "The specified citizens during special military operation can be accepted on treatment in the military-medical organizations of different federal executive bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, with implementation between these federal executive bodies of mutual calculations for rendering medical care to them.".

3. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2004 No. 911 "About procedure for delivery of health care, expense recovery for its rendering, performing medical examinations, medical examination, sanatorium providing and implementation of separate payments to some categories of the military personnel, law enforcement officers and to members of their families, and also separate categories of the citizens discharged from military service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 2, Art. 166; 2006, No. 10, Art. 1103; 2015, No. 42, Art. 5792; 2017, No. 44, Art. 6524; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4522):

c) in Rules of delivery of health care (medical support) by the serviceman of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, to the employees of Federal fire service of the Public fire service, criminal executive system, persons who are serving in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and having special ranks of police, to faces of the commanding structure of bodies of federal courier communication, the citizens of the Russian Federation discharged from military service from troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and internal troops from service in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, Federal fire service of the Public fire service, criminal executive system, bodies of federal courier communication and also persons, dismissed from service in the federal bodies of tax police approved by the specified resolution:

In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 2, 2005 No. 475 "About provision to members of families of the died (died) military personnel, citizens staying in voluntary forming and employees of some federal executive bodies of compensation payments in connection with expenses on payment of use of premises, contents of premises, fee on capital repairs of common property in the apartment house, utility and other types of service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 32, Art. 3316; 2012, No. 1, Art. 120; 2013, No. 22, Art. 2824; 2017, No. 2, Art. 368; 2020, No. 30, Art. 4932; 2022, No. 1, Art. 234; 2023, No. 10, Art. 1678):
