Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of continuation of measures for liberalization of spheres which rates (prices) are regulated by the state in the country, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
1. In part 9 "The inventory (works, services), the prices (rates) of which are regulated by the state", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 178 approved by the resolution of September 28, 2005 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 9, Article 869 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 80; The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 130 of March 9, 2024) the words "Heat supply" shall be replaced with words "Heat supply (except nonresident consumers)".
3. This Decision becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
