About modification of the Regulations on issue of licenses and permissions in the capital market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 56/11/2014

Based on part (1) article 140 of the Law on the capital market No. 171/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 193-197, Art. 665) National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In the Regulations on issue of licenses and permissions in the capital market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 56/11/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 1-10, of the Art. 11), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1013 of 29.12.2014, to make the following changes:

The subitem 3) of Item 30 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3) it is located in the office building or on the first floor of the apartment house and in the territories with safe and proper conditions, including for supervision implementation;";

The subitem 9) of Item 37 to state 2) in the following edition:

"9) the copy of the act confirming the right to use the room for head office of the investment society necessary for its activities;";

3) in Item 55 of the word "investment funds (AIF)" shall be replaced with words "AOKI";

4) in the subitem 2) of Item 56 and in the subitem 2) of Item 57 of the word "AIF" shall be replaced with words "AOKI";
