Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 6, 1999 No. 146 "About approval of some regulatory legal acts connected with fishery in the Azerbaijan Republic":
1. To exclude from part 1 the word "significant", words of "fish resources" (in both cases) shall be replaced with words "fish and other water bioresources", shall be replaced with words words of "illegal catch" "illegal catch of fish and other water bioresources".
2. On the "Admissible regulations of harmful effects on fishing significant water objects" approved by this resolution:
2.1. exclude the word "significant" from the name, parts 1 (in both cases), parts 13, of the name of the Section IV, part 15;
2.2. Part in paragraph one shall be replaced with words 2 words of "fish resources and other living beings" "fish and other water bioresources", and in the second paragraph of the word "fishes and others live" shall be replaced with words beings "fish and other water bioresources";
