1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for determination of applicants for entering on the Republican honor roll approved by the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus and the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2019 No. 8/9, the following changes:

"9. For each scientific organization the following relative measure values of assessment for accounting year are determined:
9.1. counting on one worker who was carrying out research and development – line items 13–16, 19–44 of Item 2 of appendix 2;
9.2. counting on ten researchers without academic degree – line item of the 9th Item 2 of appendix 2;
9.3. counting on one worker – line items 45–47 Items 2 of appendix 2;
9.4. the relation of payroll number of researchers with academic degrees (the amount of values of line items of the 4 and 5 Item 2 appendices 2) to total payroll number of researchers (line item 3 Items 2 appendices 2);
