About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning providing the rights of women and safety of children

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

10) ensuring moral and spiritual education of children in the spirit of respect for universal, national, traditional, cultural and family values in the part which is not contradicting the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

Chapter 1 to add 3) with Article 5-1 of the following content:

"Article 5-1. Centers of family support

1. The centers of family support are created and will be organized according to the decision of local executive bodies in areas and areas in the cities under local executive bodies concerning social protection and employment of the population.
