About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About safety of foodstuff"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 11 and 20 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
In article 24 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About safety of foodstuff" (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2022, No. 4, Article 579 (volume I) to make the following changes:
1. Before the word "registration" in Article 24.1 to add with the words "food objects (subjects)".
2. Under Article 24.9:
2.1. in the first offer of the word "according to the procedure of approval of objects of food" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 24.16 these Laws";
2.2. add the second offer of the following content:
"If the discrepancies revealed on objects of food production as a result of evaluating are connected with infrastructure and the equipment and will lead to production and conversion of dangerous foodstuff and fodder products, the body (organization) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority makes the decision on refusal in approval of object of food".
