In the Order of the Government No. 256/2013 about approval of some regulations on enforcement of the Law No. 228 of November 25, 2011 on modification and amendments in the Law on publishing No. 939-XIV of April 20, 2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 83-90, 311), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Regulations on funding mechanism for transfer and the edition of the national book abroad at the expense of means of the government budget according to appendix No. 2-2.";

2) to add the resolution with appendix No. 2-2 of the following content:

1. Regulations on funding mechanism for transfer and the edition of the national book abroad at the expense of means of the government budget (further – the Provision) establish procedure for provision, use and accounting of the financial resources provided in the government budget for non-paid financing of drafts of the literary translation and the edition of domestic authors abroad.
