1. Impose ban for a period of six months on import of wheat (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 100119; 100199) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union automobile, water and by rail, except for import of wheat by rail to the poultry-farming and flour-grinding companies only for production and consumption.

2. Wheat imported into the address of the poultry-farming and flour-grinding companies is not subject to realization on internal and the foreign markets.
