About establishment of risks and objects of agricultural industry which insurance is subsidized with the state in 2007

Based on part (5) Article 21 and article 22 of the Law on subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry of N243-XV of July 8, 2004. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. N132-137, 704) and proceeding from the assignments provided by the Law on the government budget for 2007 N348-XVI of November 23, 2006 for subsidizing of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. N189-192, 893), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The list of risks in case of which insurance insurance premiums from the government budget for 2007 in crop production, gardening, wine growing and livestock production, according to the appendix N1 are subsidized;

The list of cultures and animal species and birds in case of whose insurance insurance premiums from the government budget for 2007, according to the appendix N2 are subsidized.

2. To perform subsidizing of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry according to the Order of the Government N217 of February 24, 2005. "About approval of the Regulations on subsidizing of insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry and Regulations on tender on accreditation of insurance companies for implementation of subsidized insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry".
