1. Accept gratuitously according to the decision of regional council Aneny Noy from property of the area Aneny Noy in property of the state, management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, public organizations according to appendix No. 1 with all their property.
2. Accept gratuitously according to the decision of local government board of Belts from property of municipium of Belts in property of the state, management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, public organizations according to appendix No. 2 with all their property.
3. Accept gratuitously according to the decision of regional council Kakhul from property of the area Kakhul in property of the state, management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, public organization according to appendix No. 3 with all its property.
4. Accept gratuitously according to the decision of regional council of Kelerash from property of the area Kelerash in property of the state, management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, public organization according to appendix No. 4 with all its property.
