About transfer of public organization
Based on Items e) and r) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Accept gratuitously according to the decision of regional council of Drokiya from property of the area Drokiya in property of the state, management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, public organization "Services of the Help to Subjects of Violence in Family", IDNO 1011607004723, with all its property.
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection to perform function of the founder of the public organization specified in Item 1, and to provide entering of necessary changes into their constituent documents according to the legislation.
3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection together with bodies of local public authority of the area Drokiya within 15 days from the date of publication of this resolution to create the commission on transfer and in 30-day term to provide transfer of public organization "Services of the Help to Subjects of Violence in Family" according to the Provision
about procedure for transfer of objects of public property, the approved Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
4. Appendix No. 5 to the Order of the Government No. 149/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (2021, No. 206 – 208, Art. 347), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item of 41 following contents:
"41. Public organization "Services of the Help to Subjects of Violence in Family", Mr. Drokiya".
5. Item 3 of appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 957/2023 on creation, the organization and functioning of territorial agencies of the public assistance (2023, Art. No. 472-473, 1158), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the subitem 5) of the following content:
