1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2019 No. 10-T "About approval of environmental standards and rules" the following changes:
in word preamble of "Article 30 part four" and "subitem 7.6 of Item 7" to replace respectively with words of "item 4 of Article 3" and "Item 9";
in Item 3 of environmental standards Ekonip 17.01.06-002-2019 "Environmental protection and environmental management also governed. Economic evaluation of implementation of nature protection actions", approved by this resolution:
to add paragraph two after the word "documentation-" with the words "preproject (pre-investment)";
"physical person" to add paragraphs of the seventh and eighth after words with words ", including the individual entrepreneur,".
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 26, 2024.
