About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2017 No. 16
Based on subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of Article 12, of Item 2, parts two of item 4 of article 23 of the Water code of the Republic of Belarus, Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for establishment of standard rates of admissible dumpings of chemical and other substances as a part of sewage approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2017 No. 16, the following changes:
Item 6 paragraph two after the word of "duplicates" to add with the words "and also issues of the conclusions about possibility of production of the amounts of underground waters declared by the water user";
add Item 16 with part of the following content:
"In case of operation of subjects to use of atomic and (or) heat energy, in the course of which use of waters on energy is performed (hydroenergy, heat power), of need from superficial water objects with the subsequent dumping of the formed production sewage into such superficial water objects, admissible concentration of temporary standard rates of dumpings is established taking into account coefficient of evaporation of the used waters.".
