About change of the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 79
Based on subitem 1.15 of Item 1 of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Health regulations in the woods of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2016 No. 79, the following changes:
1.1. in Item 2:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"the calculation of lovchy wood (trees) – the action directed to involvement of trunk wreckers on in advance prepared wood from among the weakened, drying out, damaged trees which are not occupied by trunk wreckers, remaining balance of unbarked wood and subsequent their destruction to departure from under bark of the younger generation;";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"forest shelter actions – the actions directed to effective protection of the forest plantings which are not closed forest cultures and young growths to 20-year age, forest nurseries, forest seed plantations and other objects of forest fund from wreckers and diseases, and also adverse factors of the environment and minimizing of the damage caused by them in case of the minimum negative impact on the environment;";
1.2. state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. The SOM is planned by types and amounts of works separately, at the same time by selective sanitary cabins, and also continuous sanitary cabins consider separately in total amount of other cabins.";
1.3. in Item 6:
