1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for forest utilization and forest management in the territories adjacent to Frontier of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2014 No. 42, the following changes:
to exclude from Item 3 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
from subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the word "selective sanitary cabins," to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 23, 2024.
