About modification of the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order GNS No. 352/2017, and in the Order GNS No. 582/2020 on approval of the Instruction on departure and receipt of documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents
Based on the changes made to part (20) article 14 of the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering No. 308/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 58-66, 133), according to the Law on modification of some regulations No. 66/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 159-161, 252), and also according to Item 17) parts (1) article 133 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007) I ORDER:
1. In the Instruction on the taxpayer registration approved by the Order GNS No. 352/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 429-433, 2234), to make the following changes:
The concept "vygodopriobretayushchy owner" to state 1) in Item 3 in the following edition:
"the vygodopriobretayushchy owner – as it is determined by the Law on the prevention and anti-money laundering and terrorism No. 308/2017 financing.";
2) to add the instruction with Item 7-2 of the following content:
"7-2. The State Tax Service receives, manages and staticizes information on safety-deposit boxes of physical persons and legal entities and on their vygodopriobretayushchy owner. The subjects rendering services in storage in safety-deposit boxes transfer the specified information according to appendices No. 23 and 24 to the Instruction by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents.";
3) the subitem a) Item 23 to add with the new offer of the following content:
