About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2018 No. 239 and of March 31, 2018 No. 240

For the purpose of automation of collection and consolidation of information necessary for forming of databases, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on procedure for reference of able-bodied citizens to not occupied in economy, forming and maintaining the database of the able-bodied citizens who are not occupied in economy including interaction for this purpose of state bodies and the organizations, No. 239 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2018:

in Item 3:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"being individual entrepreneurs, – on condition of payment from income gained from implementation of business activity, the income tax from physical persons and (or) the single tax from individual entrepreneurs and other physical persons for the corresponding period of implementation of activities, and in case of release according to legal acts from payment of these taxes – irrespective of their payment;";
