About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 66
Based on subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules on ensuring industrial safety of hoisting cranes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 66, the following changes:
state Item 20 in the following edition:
"20. Investigation and accounting of labor accidents and occupational diseases is conducted according to Rules of investigation and accounting of the labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2004 No. 30.";
to exclude from part two of Item 48 of the word "and establishment of effective period of results and field of distribution of certification (qualification) of technology of welding".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
