1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 66 "About approval of Rules on ensuring industrial safety of hoisting cranes" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "7.4 Items 7" and "on December 29, 2006 No. 756" to replace respectively with the words "9.4 Items 9" and "on November 14, 2022 No. 405";
in Rules on ensuring industrial safety of the hoisting cranes approved by this resolution:
the eighteenth Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the specialized organization - the organization having license for activities in the field of industrial safety regarding performance of works and (or) services in designing, installation, adjustment, repair, servicing, technical diagnosing of the hoisting cranes specified in subitems 3.1 and 3.2 of Item 3 of these rules regarding performance of works and (or) services in designing of settlement metalwork, devices and safety controls, load gripping bodies, load gripping devices, the container made using welding, intended for cargo transfer with use of hoisting cranes, except for the special container applied in metallurgical production, to installation, adjustment, servicing of devices and safety controls, repair of load gripping devices, the container made using the welding intended for cargo transfer with use of hoisting cranes except for the special container applied in metallurgical production, or selection of the specified list of works (services);";
