About the annual main extended paid leaves

Establish duration of the annual main extended paid leaves to the workers replacing positions of pedagogical workers, and also heads of the educational organizations, deputy managers of the educational organizations, heads of structural divisions of these organizations and their deputies according to appendix.

Determine that operation of this resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2022 No. 225 "About approval of the nomenclature of positions of pedagogical employees of the organizations performing educational activities, positions of heads of the educational organizations" regarding position of the adviser to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 14, 2015 No. 466 "About the annual main extended paid leaves" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 21, the Art. 3105);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 7, 2017 No. 419 "About modification of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 14, 2015 No. 466" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 16, the Art. 2415).

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024 and is effective till August 31, 2029.
