About modification of the Order of the Government No. 143/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 143/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021,№206 – 208, Art. 341), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 2 of figure "100" to replace with figures "102";

b) to add Item 3 after the word of "ministry" with the text", the deputy secretary general of the ministry";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 10 the text "and also one secretary general of the ministry who is the government employee – the upper manager, appointed on" to replace with the text "one secretary general of the ministry and one deputy secretary general of the ministry who are government employees – upper managers, appointed on";

b) add with Items 14-1 and 14-2 of the following content:

"14-1. The deputy secretary general of the ministry helps the minister with implementation of activities for fulfillment of requirements for accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union and submits to the secretary general of the ministry.

14-2. The deputy secretary general of the ministry performs the following powers:

1) is provided by coordinating of process of development and monitoring of fulfillment of requirements for accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union;

2) is coordinated by activities of subordinated divisions of central office of the ministry for goal achievement and realization of the tasks established within fulfillment of requirements for accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union;
