1) in Article 396:

a) in figure part one "16, 20" to replace with figures "16, 20, 20.1";

b) in part five of the word "in Item 21" shall be replaced with words "in Items 21 and 23";

2) Article 397:

a) add with Item 20.1 of the following content:

"20. 1) about transfer of the execution of the punishment which is not connected with imprisonment and also applications of conditional condemnation or delay of serving (execution) of punishment to the state which citizen is the convict;";

b) add with Item 23 following of content:

"23) about recognition, procedure and about conditions of execution of the court verdict of foreign state which to the citizen of the Russian Federation imposes the penalty which is not connected with imprisonment and also the court verdict of foreign state by which the citizen of the Russian Federation is condemned conditionally or with delay of serving (execution) of punishment, transferred for execution to the Russian Federation.";

3) in item 4 of part one of Article 399 of the word "20 and 21" shall be replaced with words "20, 20.1, 21 and 23";
