Item 2 of Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. In the cases provided by the Federal Law, the lawyer shall have the warrant for execution of the order issued by lawyer education in which the lawyer performs lawyer activities, or Chamber of Advocates which member is the lawyer. Form of the order, requirement to its filling and registration affirm federal body of justice. The procedure for production, issue and storage of orders affirms council of Federal chamber of lawyers. In other cases the lawyer represents the principal based on the power of attorney. Nobody has the right to demand from the lawyer and his principal of presentation of the agreement on rendering legal aid (further also - the agreement) for the introduction of the lawyer in case.";
2) in Article 6.1:
a) add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The direction of lawyer request (lawyer requests) cannot be the independent subject of the agreement about rendering legal aid.";
b) add item 4 with the subitem 4 following of content:
"4) the lawyer request contains request for explanation of precepts of law, representation of line item concerning legal nature, and also the explicit or hidden claim to the decision of authorized body (organization) or the official concerning whom the special procedure for appeal is established.";
