Determine line item of representatives of the state in governing bodies of open joint stock company "The Belarusian steel works - managing company of Belarusian Metallurgical Company holding about alienation till March 20, 2024 by voluntary conveyance in property of the Republic of Belarus of 435 109 829 common (ordinary) shares of open joint stock company which are in property of this society "the Legmash Plant nominal value 0, of 01 rubles for total amount 4 351 098, of the 29th ruble.
2. Accept gratuitously till March 20, 2024 in property of the Republic of Belarus:
the shares specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
from property of Orshansky district of 96 979 999 common (ordinary) shares of open joint stock company "the Legmash Plant nominal value 0, 01 rubles for the total amount of the 969th 799, the 99th ruble.
3. To industry ministry, the State military-industrial committee, the State committee on property, Orshansky district executive committee to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
