About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2022 No. 830

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of creation and maintaining the state register of the objects making negative impact on the environment, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2022 No. 830 "About approval of Rules of creation and maintaining the state register of the objects making negative impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 20, the Art. 3295).
2. To provide to territorial authorities of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation according to their competence within 4 months from the date of the introduction about force of this resolution exception of accounting data on the objects making negative impact on the environment, corresponding to criteria of reference of objects to category objects IV according to criteria of reference of the objects making negative impact on the environment, to objects I, II, III and IV of categories, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2398 "About approval of criteria of reference of the objects making negative impact on the environment, to objects I, II, III and IV of categories", and the objects included in the state register making negative impact on the environment before entry into force of this resolution, with the notification of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing economic and (or) other activity on such objects.
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
