Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations on features of write-off of federal property approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2010 No. 834 "About features of write-off of federal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 42, Art. 5402; 2012, No. 24, Art. 3179; No. 53, Art. 7916; 2020, No. 11, Art. 1539; 2023, No. 38, Art. 6911):

a) the paragraph one of Item 1 after words "the state companies," to add with the words "including transformed to joint-stock companies which 100 percent of shares is in federal property, with subsequent their transfer of the State corporation on assistance to development, production and export of high-technology industrial output Rostec as property fee of the Russian Federation", after the words "federal property", to add with the word "Corporation";

b) add item 4 with the subitem "n" of the following content:
