Article 1

Article 2

Provisions of article 152 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (in edition of this Federal Law) are not the basis for review by the employer of the conditions established by the collective agreement, the agreement, the local regulation or the employment contract about day of entry into force of this Federal Law and providing overtime payment in higher size than the amount of overtime payment determined according to part one of article 152 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (in edition of this Federal Law).

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
