About procedure for cost determination of wood
Based on subitem 1.28 of Item 1 of Article 12 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. the size of cost of the stolen wood and wood without availability of the accompanying documents required in stipulated by the legislation cases, documents confirming its acquisition (receipt) or in the presence of not corresponding to validity of documents (further - wood without documents) is estimated in the specialist of the legal entity conducting forestry, proceeding from cost for one cubic meter and the established actual amount, breed, length, diameter or group of diameters, grade, group of quality (for switches).
Cost for one cubic meter of the stolen wood and wood without documents shall correspond to the quarter stock exchange quotations determined following the results of the exchange biddings in three months (quarter) preceding the beginning of the next quarter.
In case of lack of the quarter stock exchange quotations determined following the results of the exchange biddings in three months (quarter) preceding the beginning of the next quarter the quarter stock exchange quotations determined following the results of the exchange biddings of earlier period, but no more than a year from the moment of factual determination of plunder of wood or the fact of transportation of wood without documents are applied;
1.2. in case of lack of data on the quarter stock exchange quotations provided by parts two and third subitem 1.1 of this Item, the size of cost of the stolen wood and wood without documents is determined by the specialist of the legal entity conducting forestry according to the legislation on pricing;
1.3. the wood received as a result of factual determination of the illegal cabin is not recognized the stolen wood and wood without documents;
