About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. State the fourth paragraph of article 35 of the Law of December 27, 1997 to No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" in the following edition:
"Ensuring execution of outstanding or outstanding amounts of the state fee, the penalties established by this law for them and also the measures directed to forced execution are performed by tax authority according to the procedure, established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia".
1. This law becomes effective since July 1, 2026 and extends to the obligations which arose after the introduction of this law in force. To the obligations which arose to the introduction of this law in force, this law is applied in the cases and procedure established by part 2 of this Article.
2. The decision making term established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia about collection and (or) seizure of the obligations which arose and unexecuted or not collected to the introduction of this law in force, is estimated from the 10th day after the introduction of this law in force, and the rules established by Section 19 of the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia are applied to providing and forced execution of unexecuted obligations.
