About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Youth Policy in the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 489-FZ "About youth policy in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 28) the following changes:
1) in Article 2:

b) add with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) the young worker - the citizen of the Russian Federation aged up to 35 years inclusive (except as specified, provided by part 3 of article 6 of this Federal Law) having working life no more than three years and who is not belonging to the category "young specialist".";
2) in Article 3 of the word "both other regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal legal acts" shall be replaced with words "and other regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts of bodies of the public power of the federal territory Sirius, municipal legal acts";
3) in Article 6:
a) to add Item 14 of part 1 with the words "and young workers";
b) state part 2 in the following edition:
