About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part two of Article 35 and article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2002 No. 1213 "About the conclusion of contracts with some persons appointed to positions and dismissed by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus":
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the conclusion of contracts with the government employees appointed to positions and dismissed by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z";
in Item 2 of the word of "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "The Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus or the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Belarus supervising the respective sphere";
1.2. in the Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193:

state part one in the following edition:
"3. Local executive and administrative organs, except regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, submit questions for consideration of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus through regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom.";
